Une d\u00e9claration d&rsquo;intention audacieuse qui pourrait bien changer la donne dans le segment premium.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un manifeste contre la monoculture automobile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Il y a une multiplication de SUV. Cette croissance rapide va cr\u00e9er une saturation.\u00a0\u00bb Les mots de Luc Donckerwolke, directeur cr\u00e9atif de Genesis, r\u00e9sonnent comme une r\u00e9volution silencieuse. Face \u00e0 l&rsquo;uniformisation du march\u00e9 automobile, la marque cor\u00e9enne propose une alternative radicale : transformer sa berline amiral G90 en break muscl\u00e9 de 5,1 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concept reprend la plateforme non modifi\u00e9e de la G90, avec un empattement de 3,2 m\u00e8tres. Mais c&rsquo;est dans les d\u00e9tails que la magie op\u00e8re. Ailes \u00e9largies, jantes de 22 pouces, double becquet arri\u00e8re et diffuseur performance : chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment hurle la sportivit\u00e9. La livr\u00e9e vert fonc\u00e9 profond prouve que l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 Magma d\u00e9passe l&rsquo;orange signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une alternative cr\u00e9dible aux g\u00e9ants allemands<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux BMW M5 Touring ou Audi RS6 Avant, la Wingback vise le segment des breaks XXL inexploit\u00e9. Les motorisations restent secr\u00e8tes, mais la plateforme accueille d\u00e9j\u00e0 des blocs V6 3,5 litres bi-turbo d\u00e9veloppant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 409 chevaux, voire un V8 5,0 litres. L&rsquo;\u00e9chappement double visible \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re confirme l&rsquo;approche thermique haute performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur marie luxe et sport avec des si\u00e8ges baquets en Chamude matelass\u00e9, des surpiq\u00fbres vertes Magma et le logo brod\u00e9 rappelant \u00ab\u00a0la lave bouillonnant sous la surface terrestre\u00a0\u00bb. Pourtant, les signaux sont clairs. Donckerwolke affirme que la Wingback peut \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e tr\u00e8s rapidement avec un niveau minimal de d\u00e9penses\u00a0\u00bb. Genesis teste d\u00e9j\u00e0 une version Magma de la berline G90, et la plateforme est pr\u00e9par\u00e9e pour la haute performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le constructeur a d\u00e9j\u00e0 prouv\u00e9 son audace avec le G70 Shooting Brake commercialis\u00e9 en 2021. La Wingback s&rsquo;inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie plus large incluant les concepts X Gran Coupe et X Gran Convertible d\u00e9voil\u00e9s cette ann\u00e9e. Genesis multiplie les carrosseries alternatives pour \u00e9largir l&rsquo;offre Magma dans la d\u00e9cennie \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le timing parfait pour un retour du break<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les amateurs de grandes routi\u00e8res familiales ont peu d&rsquo;options en 2025. Les breaks premium disparaissent tandis que les SUV envahissent les catalogues. Genesis identifie cette br\u00e8che et y r\u00e9pond avec \u00e9l\u00e9gance. Le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en, traditionnel d\u00e9fenseur des breaks, pourrait r\u00e9server un accueil chaleureux \u00e0 ce mastodonte cor\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La question du tarif reste ouverte, mais la G90 berline d\u00e9marre autour de 90 000 euros.
